On Information, Registration and Cookies
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes the name of the visitor's Internet domain. Once a visitor registers at our site, we do apply a "cookie" to the visitor's computer, which he is free to accept or to decline. A cookie helps both the visitor and Trillium Software: market and interest areas are remembered and password prompts that may slow your access to information posted on the site are avoided. As with all cookie use, a visitor who registers may choose to set his computer parameters so that no cookie is accepted without his permission. At this time, no other computer identification tools besides cookies are used.
The only other information we obtain online from visitors is that provided by the visitor directly, or in his navigation of the site. In sections of the Web site, visitors may be asked or required to provide some basic information about themselves, and their company. We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, we aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit, we gather user-specific information on what pages visitors access, and we retain information volunteered by the visitor, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used by us to customize your visit to the site and/or to contact you about offers from our company in which we believe you may be interested. If you'd like to be removed from all future mailings, simply send an e-mail to trlinfo@trilliumsoftware.com with "REMOVE ME" in the subject or body.
We currently do not use ad serving companies to place banner ads from other firms on our site, so there is no tracking by these third-party companies from any banner ads, bulletin boards or other interactive venues on this site.
Information Provided to Us, Stays Here
The information provided by visitors at our site is not sold, transferred or traded to any third party for unsolicited marketing purposes. If you, as a visitor, have provided us online with a postal address, an e-mail address, or a telephone number, we may contact you if you have expressed an interest or a query in a particular product(s) or service need(s).
Updating A Registration Profile
A visitor online may correct, update or otherwise revise contact information at any time by logging into our site and navigating to the My Profile page. There he or she may make changes to the information provided when first registering to visit. If you'd like to be removed from this database, simply send an e-mail to trlinfo@trilliumsoftware.com with "REMOVE ME" in the subject or body.
