Support Overview

Our customer support engineers are available to assist you. Support services include: 

* Assistance to users of our software suite. This includes but is not limited to answering general how-to questions, guidance through a documented process, best practice recommendations, etc.
* Assistance with problem determination, isolation, verification, and resolution
* Software installation assistance

How to Get Support:

Hours of Operation

Standard Support: 24 hours a day, 5 days per week from Sunday 6pm ET to Friday 6pm ET.

Extended Support: 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days a year.  For those clients who are currently on our extended support plan, if you require assistance during non-standard hours you may contact us via the mobile number that was provided as part of your agreement.  If you are not currently contracted for extended support but are interested in this service, please contact your Trillium Account Representative.
